If you are a candidate to a state, county or city elected office (this includes all incumbents certified as candidates in the upcoming primary), please know that your deadline for filing the required financial disclosure statement will be earlier this year due to early primary and is Monday, February 4, 2008, which is 30 days before the primary election date. The filing deadline for write-in candidates is Wednesday, February 13, 2008, which is 20 days before the primary election date.

You should have received a blank Financial Disclosure Statement from the county board of elections at the time you filed your candidate's petition.
