DEADLINE
Public officials and employees (except candidates--see below):
  • City, county and state elected office holders;
  • School board members in districts with a total student count of 12,000 or more;
  • School district superintendents, treasurers, and business managers;
  • Upper-level state department officials and employees;
  • Members and chief executive officers of sovereign power state boards and commissions;
  • Public college or university presidents and trustees;
  • State employees paid according to state pay schedule "C" or "E-2";
  • Board members, chief executive officers, and licensed investment officers of the five state retirement systems

April 15, 2009

  • Candidates for city, county and state elected offices in the May 5, 2009 primary election, including incumbents who have been certified as candidates;
April 6, 2009
  • Write-in candidates for city, county and state elected offices in the May 5, 2009 primary election

April 15, 2009

  • Candidates for city, county and state elected offices in the November 3, 2009 general election, including incumbents who have been certified as candidates
October 5, 2009
  • Write-in candidates for city, county and state elected offices in the November 3, 2009 general election
