Private Sector E-Course

Most people know that public officials and employees are subject to the Ohio Ethics Law. Did you know, however, that the private sector can also be subject to part of the law? Private sector companies and organizations are encouraged to know and understand the law, which is why the Commission designed this e-course. You may also wish to review other related documents that may be helpful including the Commission’s private sector brochurenewsletter, and a Public-Private Partnerships fact sheet.
